Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions involve bursts of high-intensity cardio, impact and strength exercises combined with brief periods of recovery. HIIT session are a great way to do a big workout with multiple benefits in a small amount of time. Come torch those calories with Playground Training!

Small group class – LIIT

Designed to put minimal stress on joints of the body, our Low Impact Interval Training (LIIT) sessions alternate periods of high intensity and low intensity strength training to safely increase core and overall body strength and mobility. Suitable for pregnancy and postnatal bodies… or those just looking for a strength-based session!


Kangatraining is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular capacity/strength are enhanced. Unlike traditional exercise classes, new mums need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn on them and get to be part of the action! As well as the physical benefits, the opportunity to meet other local mums in a fun, relaxed environment boosts their emotional wellbeing.

The pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture are given special attention. Kangatrainers are also trained in babywearing best practices and can help mums ensure the safest and most comfortable carrying positions for their babies.
