I absolutely love kanga training with Alicia, it’s such a fun way to get back into exercise post birth. I enjoyed it so much with my first bub, that when I had my second bub, I couldn’t wait to get back into it! Both my bubs have loved exercising with me in the carrier, and mostly fall asleep by the end of the class. The routines give you a great work out, but you still feel safe as they are non-impact and aimed at​ strengthening your post-birth body. Alicia is so welcoming and so knowledgeable with what exercises to encourage/avoid for new mums, and she’s flexible when you need to feed/settle your bub. Can’t recommend this class enough!!
