I absolutely love Kanga and cannot rave enough about Alicia! She is the most wonderful trainer and is so knowledgeable. She ensures that all the ladies are catered for during their various postnatal stages. This is by far the best exercise for mums and bubs as we get moving, the bubs are happy and they also get a good nap during the class! Highly recommended kanga for mums who want to get back into exercise but have active/mobile bubs.
